Yes you can.

I just got done replacing both tie rod ends on my neon, the stock tie rod ends didn't have a grease fitting but the ones i purchased for it did. After i put the wheels back on and did an eyeball alignment, I noticed on the underside of the brake discs there are grease fittings pointing directly down, mine were dry as a bone, but they are actually very visible if you have a good eye.
