2011 Ram 1500 cold start

Hey all,
I have an issue with my truck. When it’s cold out (air temp), my truck will start right up, but the instrument display is not on, wipers come on, etc. after about 15-20 minutes driving, everything returns to normal.
If truck sits in sun and warms up, everything is good.
i saw a thread from 2016 with this EXACT same problem but there was no resolution.
Anyone have any ideas??
