I have a 2.5" ReadyLift kit (66-1020) on my Ram and am really happy with it; I measured the leveling and it's a perfect 40" from the ground to the bottom of the fender.

There have been more than a few people who have had problems with the 2.5" leveling kit. I have a brand new set of 2.5" TGC spacers sitting in a box in the basement that I won't put in cause of this.

Mine 2500 has a 2" Revtec but I think 2.5 would of been closer to level. I'm running 285/70/17's

I have the 2.5" TGC and I do have the 4x4 shudder. That is when it's in 4x4 mode and you accelerate there is a bad shudder (in a straight line for testing - don't drive around on the street in 4x4 mode unless it's an AWD model) It's not there stock. Seems a lot more common for us with the 2.5" spacer. From what I've read here on DT it's because the CV joint on the front axle is at too sharp an angle and it's binding up. At some point I'm going to pull my 2.5 and go another route.

Go 2". The problems listed above are just the tip of the iceberg. Why play roulette over 1/2"?
