probably leaking in from the back window

i checked by the window and i did not notice water but i am going to spray it down and check again i just wanted to see if anyone else has had the same problem

 

Check the 3rd brake light seal. It will follow the inside of the cab and soak the floor. And thier are 2 seams that run under the rear window where the cab corners seam to the panel under the rear window, Those seams will split and let water in.

 

Yep, the 3rd brake lights are what usually cause this

 

3rd brake light is most common leak for our trucks.

 

is there some where we can get another seal for the 3rd brake light?

 

no, they use silicone glass sealer to fix the new ones

 

Does this cover every year of the third generation trucks?

 

My Gen III has not leaked, but my Gen II sure did. I just took the CHMSL out and ran a bead of silicone around the rim. Worked like a charm. Sure was annoying to have to track down the leak.
