Top Gun Customz NEWLY REDESIGNED 8" Long Arm Suspension lift Kit

Top Gun Customz is proud to release our newly redesigned 8" Long Arm Coil Spring Lift Kit for the 2003-2010 Dodge Ram Diesel 2500/3500 4x4's.. We have thoroughly looked over every component to find where we could make changes and upgrades. We strive to continue to improve on our products all the time. What we have just released, we feel, is the best 8" kit on the market....for several reasons. Top Gun Customz New "Boxed" Long Arm System: (Click for larger view)
These arms are newly redesigned to accommodate a full turning radius with wider tires. Our lower arms have a slight bend so the larger tires most often used on lifted trucks are not impeded in any way at full turn. Plus, our arms are extremely durable and tough. This long arm system can take anything you dish out and look good doing it!

We have fixed a problem many experience with their lifted Dodge Rams. The problem is contact between the drag link (steering arm that goes from the pitman arm to the tie rod) and the factory sway bar mount welded to the axle on the passenger side. Often times, with lifts greater than 6", the drag link will make contact with this factory sway bar mount and cause a rubbing issue, which can be felt in the steering wheel. Some have decided to simply grind the factory sway bar mount to the point it doesn't rub.

These trucks use a dual center pin on the rear spring. Our blocks have 3 holes on the top side which those pins sit down into. This "locks" the block with the spring. Most companies use a "universal" rear block that lets the outside two pins "float" without locking into place..

Our blocks are also 3" wide, just like the spring and the spring pad itself. Why mount a CAST block that is 2.25" wide under a spring that is 3" wide? A full 3/4" of the spring will not be making contact with the block.

Bilstein's 5100 Series shocks feature Bilstein's superior single tube high gas pressure design for the utmost in consistent fade-free performance and long life. Bilstein's patented Digressive self-adjusting valving delivers improved damping control and a smooth ride on all road surfaces at any speed.

whats installation look like on this kit, a lot of welding or cutting?

Zero welding. The only cutting is removing the factory lower control arm mount off the frame. That is done w/ ANY long arm kit as it impedes the long arms. Everything else is simple bolt on. One of the more easier kits to install.

Really like the kit and called to order today but apparently you don't have an application for the gas motor....Not really sure I want to run the diesel springs!

Red Ram, we have developed an 8" progressive rate coil and it should be available w/in a month or so. With this new progressive coil, it will work w/ gas or diesel and provide roughly the same amount of lift to either. That will be your best bet. We have been driving our truck w/ this prototype coil on it, and the ride is extremely good. Paired w/ the Bilsteins, this kit rides unbelievable. We haven't mentioned our new progressive rate yet, since they are still in production, but a press release will be done soon.

what i was told was that they will swap out the 6 inch gas spring from there 6 inch kit with the 8 inch spring that comes in the kit, and then you have to buy a 2 inch spacer to give it that 8 inch lift i already have spacer so i thnk i should be good with this kit gonna order as soon as i get all my nickels together

What is the major difference between 09 and 10?

First thing that concerns me about those arms is trying to clean them and all the crud that will hang out in those holes.
The other thing is there is no way that the same coil will give the same lift and performance on a diesel and a gas. I believe there is a 400lb difference from the Hemi to a Cummins.

thats what i was thinking bout that one size fits all spring, id better call them again and ask them what is the best route for the 8 inch lift. found out i have to install lift myself, the guy who was gonna do it got robbed and has no tools left. i did my own body lift so cant be any worse than that or could it?

I installed my lift in my driveway with some jack stands and floor jacks. I did it by myself and it took me a couple of hours for 2 nights. If I had a second person I could have done it a lot quicker. and the only issue I had was one of my lower control arms bolt was seized to the sleeve in the bushing. I am sure it saved me a couple of hundred bucks.

That one is a big ol' fella!

That is a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 with a staggering 20" of Lift! We had a customer drive all the way from Texas to have us install this amazing package for him.

Sorry for the confusion everyone. The springs we have developed will fit both gas and diesel, however after I posted that it was brought to my attention that we will in fact have 2 different part #'s for these springs. Once again sorry for the confusion and your understanding in this matter.

Our new progressive rate springs will be ready to ship out the first week of May most likely. They are scheduled to ship to us from the spring manufacture next week. These new springs ride WAY better than anything out there. We have some prototype springs on a few local trucks and the difference is very noticable. We will have them for the gas and diesel. We will have 4", 6", and 8". The 4" and 6" just came in and are shipping NOW!

oh wow i hope i got those springs in my shipment i just ordered yesterday, guess ill call tomorrow to see which spring they sent me
