Use the factory manual, download it at hemitruckclub.com , on the home page, scroll down and they are on the left side.

 

Its very simple,did it myself on the side of the road with my 02 in less than 30 minutes.......took longer to go pick up the part,tools,extra coolant than it did to actually do the repair.

 

Like slammed1 said, swapping the radiator in these trucks is a breeze. I have had mine out 4 times now and never ran into any problems.

 

yeah they are real easy it took longer to get the dang part them to take it out and replace it.. i found a replacement for 183 shipped to me door! the dang radiator cracked right there on the tank where it clamps to the aluminiun fins... just a hair line crack that got worse over preasure..... but yeah easy.. bout 6 bolts

removal first u have to do is drain collant fuild then remove fan belt,blade,fan cluth then remove 3 all hoses,collant tank,windshield fliud tank ,then fan shourd then the 4 bolt from radiator and the remove the radiator installation reverse
