how to remove back of front seats

how do you remove the panels on the back of the driver and passenger seats? i need to pull off plastic panels on the seat backs to run wires formmy dvd headrests and im scared to just pull and hope for the best.

how are they attached? i cant find info anywhere.

Thank you so much! I'm going to do the install this weekend and I'll be sure to post some pics.

I'm going to tap the power from the 12v plug in the bottom of the center console....thats the plan anyway
