Just replaced mine. Easy. Remove the two bottom screws and the one by the mirror. Then remove the larger two, one under the door pull and the other under the door latch (pull it open. It's underneath). The lift the door liner and pull out. Be sure to lift or you can break the catches.

As for the speakers, after a lot of trial and error, new speakers, etc, I found a satisfactory solution to the frequent blown speakers (all four over the last year). Remove the speaker, gently cut the cloth off of the speaker. Don't go too deep or you'll cut the speaker itself. Then run a bead of black RTV silicone gasket cement around the perimeter of the speaker where the cone meets the frame and gently smear up 1/8" onto speaker cone edge and the speaker frame. Let it dry for 24 hours and put back into the door. Sound is as good as ever and costs far less than the new speakers ($300 from Dodge for two) or the SONY ones I bought ($100) for the rear which were 4 ohm instead of two ohm and didn't sound all that great.

You'll need to undo the lock linkage. There is a clip that goes over the rod. Swing the clip off the rod, then pull the rod out of the clip. In addition there are a couple electrical connectors. Those are easy enough.

 

to check if speaker is blown:
Grab a digital multi meter, and measure the resistance of that speaker (Dis connect the leads going to it). If the resistance read out is less then an ohm, then its blown.
