d runs horrible in drive or reverse

Hey everyone, having issues with my D. It starts and runs like a top when in Park or Neutral, nice and smooth, and revs great. But when I put it in gear, it bogs down, and runs VERY rough, with absolutely no power at all. I can't even drive it.

Any ideas?

I already did the following
New plugs
New wires
New cap/rotor
New IAC
New TPS
replaced plenum gasket
Battery is good, tested fine, plus it's new


Any ideas?
99 D 5.2, no mods

First, is the MIL on. Second, are your battery cables good and secure, with good connection to the battery. I know this sounds redundant to what you said, but I have had idle problems with my D, with a good battery, and it was only because I had a poorly connected ground cable. Only other thing I can think of from your description would be the transmission. Perhaps something is dragging inside to pull the engine down.
