2000 3.3 Caravan with hard start problems. After it cranks a while it will start but run rough and smell of a rich condition. What is the correct fuel pressure with the engine running and what should the pressure be after it has sat for several hours. We will crimp off the fuel lines at the tank to isolate the injectors from the pump/regulator...any problem with that? Thanks for the help.
