Code P0171

I have a 1997 Dodge B-350 van with a 360 motor automatic transmission with 253,000 miles on it. I keep on pulling code P0171 system to lean ( cylinder bank no. 1 ). Just before this code started coming up I changed the converter, o2 sensors, iac, camshaft position sensor, crank sensor, plugs wires cap and rotor, injectors, and the ecm. I need to get this thing to pass the NY State inspection.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My bet goes with vacuum leak. Something is letting too much air into bank #1 and your bank one 02 sensor is reporting that. Look for a loose, broken or disconnected vacuum hose AND if you don't find a problem there, have it checked for leaking plenum gasket. A leaky exhaust system BEFORE the front 02 sensor can set this code also. At worst, with 250000 plus miles you may have a mechanical problem-broken rings or what ever. Look for that with a compression test. BTW its not impossible to have a bad new 02 sensor, it happens. HTH
