My brake lights stopped working & I assumed it was the bulbs. I replaced bulbs, still not working. The signal lights & parking lights work but not the brake lights. The only one that does work is the 3rd light. HELP!!!!
Also my Air conditioner only blows cold when moving. When i'm at a stop, it blows hot.

Can't help with the brake lights but the AC..............well first off check your AC cooling fan fuse.
This has usually blown. What your describing is "classic" AC condenser fan cooling problems.
If the fuse is good, swap around the relays in the fuse box. They are all the same so I believe you can put your Park lamp relay into the AC cooling fan relay socket and re-try.
Your AC cooling condenser fan (behind the small radiator on the right of the front of the truck next to the main radiator) should always start to run when your AC is in the cold and switch on position.
If the relay is good, next check out your fan.
These have brushes inside and wear out over time.
If your fan has gone, e-bay have them. Do a search for them.
They are jsut as good as the OEM parts but a lot cheaper.
Hope this all helps?
Al.

The brake problem throws me off when you say both are not working. Check the board that the 3 bulbs plug into between the wiring harness and the actual light. When i worked for dodge they went out all the time i replaced quiet a few in my day. You should see a burn mark if its no good.

The brake lights have a fuse, I went through this a couple weeks ago and thought it was the lights, then the boards, it turned out that both sides have a brake light fuse and the driver was burned out. A new fuse and the problem was gone.
