Auxiliary Power Outlet FUSE - where is it???

It's not in the fuse panel next to the dash, not in the fuse panel next to the battery under the hood, and I can't see any fuses beneath the dash behind the other fuse panel or anywhere else under there. There are two white plastic "boxes" that wires go into (one with foam tape around it, the other larger that you need to unscrew a nut and undo clips), but I don't want to screw around with them unless I know the fuse is in there. Can anyone tell me SPECIFICALLY where it is, and if they are exposed like in the fuse panel or encased in a plastic "box?"

That outlet worked for a few years before breaking, and I don't see any labelling of fuses that remotely corresponds with running that outlet. If it is in the fuse panels, specifically how is it labelled?

THANKS!!!!!!!!!

You didn't give a year model so lets see
97 -99 its fuse 4 in PDC(fuse block under hood)
00 it has 2 fuses fuse 4 in PDC and fuse B in fuse block(small fuse block forward of the visible interior junction block(JB))(look under the dash forward of the fuse block(JB) at the drivers end of the dash, It should be attached to the fuse block(JB) at the end of the dash, just not visible from the end of the dash, It's only visible from under the dash)
01 -04 its fuse D in the PDC

Sorry! It is a '97 3.9 litre. Fuse 4 in the fuse panel under the hood next to the battery is listed as "Starter Relay." I do have some 15 and 20 amp fuses in there (fuse nos. 17 through 24), but they are listed as follows: "20 amp jtec/fuel pump," "15 amp stop light," "spare," "15 amp A/C clutch," "20 amp horn," "20 amp fog lamp," "15 amp DRL," and "20 AMP hazard." There is also a "3.9 L/5.2L 30 amp PWR OUT" listed as fuse 14.

As before, any help would be greatly appreciated!
