Ok so.....I Have a 2012 4x4 Quad cab Big Horn. I had a 2.5" leveling kit put in it. I'm going to keep the stock 20" wheels for budgetary reasons. Been looking and researching tires for a week now. Would like to replace my 275/60/20 Firestone Destination streets with a set of 285/65/20 Goodrich AT KO2's. Most information I've read or seen on YouTube, a lot of people go with a 33"x12.5. I don't want to mess with spacers and remember I'm not getting new wheels so I can't change the offset. I think I can fit the 285x65 which measure 34.5" dia and 11.5 width. These are 1.5" more dia and just shy of 1/2" THINNER then what's on there now. What do you guys think? Will they fit with no rubbing? Think they will look stuffed in there?
Looking forward to hearing back.
Thanks guys.....

Easy answer is to measure between your sidewall and the upper control arm. With that, you know how much room you definitely have.

The longer answer is: it depends on which OEM 20 you have. They come in the 20x8 and 20x9 flavors. Generally speaking, they 20x9 can fit a 285. 20x8 can fit 295 and some 305. If you look at the backside of one of the spokes, there will be casting information that tells you the size.

That's awesome. That's the tire I want to get on stock wheels. I like the way the Longhorn stock wheels look so why change them. I plan on leveling or doing a 2" lift but not right away. Hope they fit without so I can go ahead and get them.
