keeps throwing iac valve code replaced valve no change. is there a fuse or relay on this circuit

2003 ram 1500 4.7L idle air control
Remove and clean your throttle body and IAC hole real good. I say remove because thats the only way you will get it truely clean... You likely have something stuck between the throttle blade allowing air to leak by which is upsetting your IAC.
