06 1500 5.7 hemi coolant leak

My 06 Hemi has been leaking coolant. I haven't been able to detect it until last night I saw it dripping from the underside of the thermostat housing. Can anyone tell me if that is a gasket or an O-ring under the housing. Also, with 98,000 I am going to change out the radiator houses and coolant. Is there a drain plug on the block? Or, what is the best way to get all of the old coolant out of the system?
Any help is appreciated.

There is a rubber seal that goes around the edge of the tstat that seal's to the housing. Some like to use rtv also. The gasket seal's well so the rtv is just a precautionary thing. If the bolt's are tight you will need to replace the seal. There are 2 drain plugg's one on each side of the motor a couple of inche's above the oil pan. IIRC there toward's the middle of the block.
