Yep correct a tab to slide out of the way then the arm comes straight off.
The tab is always seized and getting the arms off is usually hard if they have not come off in a while. They make pullers just to get the arms off.
Warning becareful of the windsheild. I once tried to take off an arm and took off the wiper blade. The arm slipped from my hand the spring slapped the arm back down to the windsheild and snap the window was cracked. I suggest putting a towel/cloth something soft on the window to protect it.
If it is too difficult to remove just give up before causeing damage. You can always mask off the area and paint the arm on the truck.

just picked up a 95 3500 8.0 V-10 club cab. Also 4x4. Truck sounds like it may have a a stuck lifter. Tried the oil conditioner then changed the oil and filter and sea foam in the fuel. 100 miles and nothing changed. Tonight I just noticed I have a slight wobble in my crank pulley/harmonic...
2000 5.9 cummins- what would cause spike in temp from 186 to 210 for up to 10-15 seconds then back down, average temp is around 194? Doesn't matter if it's at idle or driving down the road. Any input would help, thanks
