FreeLantz said in another thread that an SRT Durango is not in thought, neither is an R/T version. Dont know if the 6.1 will make it. They had to do axles, transfer case and more to get the power to the jeep. I would trade my 04 for an SRT D.. especially if it kept the AWD.

The way I'm hearing from the forum, the Durango SRT is very unlikely!
However, I'm looking forward to the hybrid version.

Chrysler says not a snowballs chance in hell.( Thats not a quote, just me adlibbing). They feel that sales are good enough. Cherokee sales are good too but they gave them an SRT.
