im new to dodge,when i bought my truck...a 2004,2500 heavy duty,4x4,long bed,quad cab ,5.7 hemi,the dealer said the gears were 410s,but i ve only been hearing of 456 gears here,so what gears do i have?sorry for such a stupid question,lol,john,

either 3.73 or 4.10 i think, the 4.56 is only for power wagons, i think, but i could be wrong. check your glove box, there should be a sticker in there

You could nail it down for sure by asking your service writer for a build sheet. It'll tell you anything and everything you want to know about your truck.
