I've browsed several online sources of front-suspension rebuild kits, but none have shown a kit for my truck ('96 Ram Van 3500 series 1-ton). Can anyone help? Buying all the pieces one-at-a-time from Pep Boys is about $500, and the complete kits seem to go for less than $250 for the 3/4-ton trucks.

PST Doesn't have it

They only carry kits for the most common vehicles. Thanks anyway, though.

PST Lists 1/2 ton to 3/4 ton I'm guessing the main difference between a 3/4 and 1 ton would be the balljoint size and springs and maybe brakes? Have you called or e mailed them to ask about 1 ton? What can asking hurt to save money?

I called them several days ago, and the response was that they did not stock anything to fit the 3500-series 1-ton van. I'm not sure what the differences are, but if the parts were interchangeable the makers would probably list all applications and the reseller should know about it.
