There was aguy trying to sell his black wheels just liek those, in the classifieds a lil while back. But they were 22"s I believe, he had S1S slam his ride also. He worked at America's Tire, because he said he got them at a very cheap price. So try Americas tire, most places can order stuff and have it pretty quick as well.
