Ok so after talking to gadier I'm going to run bigger tires on my 4/6 drop. He has 305/50/20's & runs them w/ no problem. I do not want to run the 275/45's. I'm going to try to run my 285/50's on the rear & 265/50's on the front. I DONT CARE IF I DESTROY THE WHOLE TRUCK! I DO NOT WANT THOSE RUBBERBANDS ON MY TRUCK!!! lol Whats the best way to trim the fenders? Adam? lol

Slammed1 had a little air-powered mini sawsall type cutter that worked like a charm. You could also use a cutoff wheel.
Get under the truck with the wheels off, find all the spot welds in the fender lip, draw a line with magic marker through the CENTER of each of them, and cut on that line, leaving half of each pinch weld there.

ok. What do ya do to keep the paint from chipping?

The paint on mine didnt chip when trimming the rears, only when rolling the fronts.

Ok. I cant remember, would a 265/50 fit under the front on a 4/6 if the offset is right w/o having to remove stuff?

Those are the wheels that Demon now has.

Hmmmm. The 265/50's are a little smaller than the 285/50's but you do bring up a good point so idk

Actually I didnt have any problems in the rear with that tire and a 3/5 drop, even while towing a 24' boat
