Whats the best type of spark plugs and wires out there?

I'm going to install a new set of plugs and wires this Thanksgiving weekend and I trying to find the best out there. Do you guys have any recommendations or should I use the stock type?

Taylor ThunderVolt wires. Plugs...whatever you like. But it gets expensive when you gotta buy 16 of them. Our sponsors carry everything you will need.
