I got an enging light the other day, I did the IGN trick and the only code that came up was the following...

U1120

I am aware most codes are P codes to I'm kinda baffeled here, so i went to this site and found the following info, I don't know if I decipfered it correctly.

U = Network
1 = Manufacture Specific
1 = Fuel & Air Metering
2 = Fuel & Air Metering
0 = Total System


Anybody have a clue what the world is going on??? what I should look for?

Could you recomend a couple brands of scanners for the garage enthusist? I don't know one from the other and don't know if the ones at my local Shucks autoparts are worh a crap.. Thanks!
