Good afternoon all...

I am currently an owner of a 2018 F150 and have recently found a Dodge Ram D100 Prospector in a nearby barn. I’m am in love with 70-85 trucks and this is top of the heap!! I’ve contacted the owner and he doesn’t seem to know much about it (including the year, why it was parked in his barn and what engine is powering it). Is there a way, from the vin # that I can tell what year and motor this thing is? I’m hoping to get my hands in it, but need to see how available parts are. Truck has absolutely no rust and only 75k on the motor.

VIN should be able to tell you all that, also see if there is a data plate with option codes on one of the fenders under the hood
