My '73 was lower than that but I have no pics of it that way. I cut 2 full rounds off the coils and moved the bump stops up like 4". Then had the front aligned. The stock alignment bolts still kept it in tolerance. For the rear I cut the spring perches off and moved them up 4" on the frame and cut the tops off them so the box would clear. Just for good measure I ran a set of 205-50-15 on it leaving me around 1 1/2 inches of ground clearence with the crossmember. I added a skid plate to protect the fuel tank from getting a hole rubbed in it.
