I was changing the plugs this evening and, broke what appears to be a vacuum line against the firewall on the passenger side.

yeah, i dont know much about this stuff from appearence or in real life, but yeaht that looks like the vacume line, prob for the cruise control , but im sure osmeone else will chime in with more info

I broke the same line in my Durango. I went down to Auto Zone and they gave me some really thick rubber hose, they pushed one end on for me, and I took it home and pushed the other end on the other end of the hose. Seems everything is fine, and this was 7-8-9 months ago.

Broken vacuum line, that sucks.

Like the above said, just go to the parts store and get sone rubber tube they sell by the foot that will fit tight and splice them together.
