My wife bought me one for Christmas and I noticed that the screws are leaching crap down the side of my truck. PISS me off! It acts like the screws are zinc coated POS! It is a Bullett brand from Oreilly"s. Anyway, I need a new one. What kind do you all have? Where did you get it? What did you pay? Thanx.

I have an AMI fuel door and the screws do the same thing on mine.

$50 Autozone locking gas door. Polished billet aluminum if I remember right. The lock is not great, but it looks good.

i have the bully fuel door cover that attaches to the stock door but looks like the billett ones with the screws, its t309 polished stainless, 30.00 at pep boys

Mine's a Bully Dog (I think -- same brand as my tailgate lock). $38 at NAPA. No trails of anything on the truck.

I got the "Mopar" one its made for them by a company called AMP. Great product and I scored it really cheap off an eBay auction. Then I had it paint matched about 3-4 years ago.

Any hardware store should have them Butch. I would try Lowes.

I thought the same thing too. I went to my local Lowes, and they did not have them. I ended up going to a Sears Hardware store and found them. I did have to modify the top screw to get the door to mount up flush to the body.
