2500 4x4's had a AAM 9.25 front axle and depending if it's a gasser or diesel they either had the rear AAM 10.5(gasser) axle or the rear AAM 11.5(diesel) axle.

The 10.5 and 11.5 are pretty stout compared to Dana 60. The front 9.25 isn't a bad axle but I've heard of the ball joints wearing out quick in them. I haven't heard of any bad things with any of them except for the ball joints.
