When it rains, the middle row seatbelts get soaked on both sides. I assumed the water was coming from the roof rack mounting points, so I put some non-hardening sealant on all of the bolts, but the problem remains. The belts get wet when the D is parked, so it has to be coming from above; right? Anybody seen this or have any ideas?
Thanks

Pull out the interior panels and pull down the headliner. Hit the outside with a hose and find where it is comming in. I'd also check the padding under the carpets. If water is comming in, the carpet padding can asorb a lot of water. Mold and rust will start.

Wild ass guess here but do you have all the bolts in on your roof rack? Perhaps it's getting in through there?? I don't know that it's even possible, but ya never know I guess.

Might be a long shot, but you don't happen to have any attenna wires coming in through the door do you? cb or cell phone wires? That would cause water to get in.
