Son-in-law's 2003 03 Durango with 4.6 liter (non Hemi) V8. He is deployed so I am the shade tree mechanic. The car is making a weird sort of singing, high pitched sound and it is coming from the passenger side and sounds like it is near the firewall and back of the air filter housing. Not the alternator or AC pulley though the sound is similar. Any one have an opinion?
