has anyone run into a prob with radio reception. for a while the radio was great but in the last month a 2 it is horrible. i took it in twice, first they said nothing was wrong after they had it the whole day. second time i took it in myself and showed him that it was not normal. he came back to me And said that he was going to replace the back window. he said that they were not sure if that was the problem or not but he had to order the window and it would take a few weeks to get in. anyone have this problem?

After I had aftermarket tint installed, I couldn't receive am radio. They said it was because I covered the antenna in the back window with the type of tint I chose. Satellite radio was my only option. I 'll be watching the posts to make sure I got correct information. Hope that helps,.
well after 2 different trips to dealer they discovered that the antenna in the glass was defective and replaced it after 2 more tries. my tint was factory and that was the first thing they had mentioned to me. reception is better now. it still seems that ever since i removed the nav system one day while trying to do some wiring stuff it has never been the same. the antenna connection in the nav radio was a little difficult to remove and now here i am. the connections look good to the eye but who knows.
My car came with the single disc unit and after I swapped in the in-dash 6 disc changer, I'm no longer able to pick up one of the local stations I was before with the original radio. I just figured it was the sensativity of the radio. May not.
Is satellite radio only available in the US?
It says *no signal* here in Sweden. :(
