got a quick question for you all. My water pump is leaking and will need replaced soon. Do you recommend replacing with an OEM pump or getting a performance water pump from summit or the like?? Any comments/suggestions are appreciated.

Replaced mine with a brand new one (not rebuilt, so no core charge) from Autozone for around $80. It was pretty simple to do and has a lifetime warranty.

Dunno what a "performance" one would do for you. Seems like a bit of overkill to me, especially on a basically stock Durango.

I also got mine new from Autozone. The worst part of the change was removing the fan and clutch assembly from the front of the pump.

While you are changing the pump go ahead and replace all the hoses and t-stat as well. Unfortunately I learned this the hard way.
