I'm currently working on replacing the front u-joints on my 98 1500. I have the misfortune of living in a slat belt state, so all that stuff is pretty rusty. After a ton of PB Blaster and a long session with a sledge i managed to beat the u-joint out. Putting the new one in wasn't as easy as i thought after reading the pavementsucks guide for this, and once it was in it was rather stiff to rotate. I'm just wondering how freely should a new u-joint that's properly installed rotate by hand.
