Does it happen when you put on the brakes? I drive a tractor trailer and when this happens its either a short or the fillament in the bulb has broke and is crossing over to the other fillament in the bulb. Thats the only thing I can think of off the top of me olde head:dunno:
When I first got mine, dont know if its a known issue with dodge or not, but the connector for the turn signals on the front were not making a good connection, so mine left turn signal was on the fritz. I unplugged it, and gave the prongs about a 30 degree twist and now the contact is perfect and have not had any more issues.
