Bought a Ram Air hood for my 01 Ram. Got it through Suncoast as a scratch and dent sale. Took it to the body shop I usually use today. Was quoted $500. Guy said this was worse case though, price could be less. It will need a little 'glass work (which I was expecting) on the edges and between the scoops where there are a couple small surface cracks. Painting both sides too. If anyone else has done a fiberglass hood, what do you think about the quote. I did take it to two another shop a little while back and was told around $700 both times. Only other shop close is a Maaco, but they screwed up my truck before on something that I thought was a simple fix. Never go there again.
