Hey guys it’s been a while senses I have been on the board.
I have a big problem I think.
I think the Trany is slipping on the D.
When you start off from a stop it is fine but as you put
More gas to it it does not shift it will go to 3K or maybe more 33K on the Tach and then if you let off it will drop the RPM to 2 then get back in it and it will shift or try to then go it is strange.

What the am I looking at guys am I going to need to replace the trany ??? and what will it cost new and used?
Do you think just replacing the filter and fluid will help?
Is there any vacuum lines that could cause this?
It’s raining out side and dark now so I was going to take a look at it on Monday.
Please post any ideas you may have experience you may with this or just make fun of me if you want

kinda hard to diagnos from here, but have you checked your TPS sensor? those usually are the first to go.

well I ended up replacing the transducer $120.00, the Shift solenoid $100.89 and the speed sensor 16.89 in the trany as well as all the fluid and new filter $50.00.
it seems to be working OK now but I am going to have to keep an eye on it.
