transmission leak

i have a 99 ram 1500 4wd has 60,000 on it, that has a mysterious leak. prior to figuring out where it was coming from i replaced all seal in transfer case and in transmission. i then figured out it was coming from the pan gasket so i replaced filter and gasket and it still leaked. i then went to dealership and bought one of there gaskets, took it to a friend who is a former chrysler mechanic he cleaned out vent tube (it was clogged) and installed a second pan gasket and using rtv. two days later its leaking again from around pan gasket. Any suggestions I NEED HELP!

Clean the surfaces real good with brake cleaner or throttle body cleaner or some degreaser - it's real hard with pans because everything is still dripping down. Also, I never use the blue RTV - I only use the Ultra Black High Temp RTV, even on lower temp parts. It sticks much better.
Everything was cleaned with brake parts cleaner and i do believe he used black rtv the last time. Thinking about trying to find another pan, maybe it is bent or warped. Also i noticed the bolts tend to loosen after driving it a coule of days. Will using lock washers on them hurt anything, already tried lock tite did not work.
