Ok, here go guys:
an 02 2500 ctd, 4x4, quad cab, auto, 3.55, edge with attitude, k&n air, 175,000 miles
First gear has been slipping on me the first time or two it tryies to shift into second after warming up a little. Once it does it and I stop it does not do it again. Last Summer Dodge replaced some sensor in it that was causing a probelm very similar.
Any help here would be great! :help: :gr_patrio

I think that could be your problem. Is the tranny bone stock? If it is than a high horsepower box will destroy it in short order.

Ya,
She's bone Stock alright. I knew it would come. But I have only had it on there about 10k miles and usually run it on stage 2!

The sensor they replaced is most likely the governor sensor, they are finicky and will go out on occasion. My best bet is the stock tranny is giving up  I am currently running the same set up and mine is slowly dieing... I am waiting until she is gone before I dump the $$$ into a newer stronger transmission.
