Can anyone give me the torque specs for the plenum pan and also for the intake manifold itself? Thanks.

bolts 1-4 to 72 in lbs, in increments of 12 in lbs
bolts 5-12 to 72 in lbs
then all bolts to 12 ft lbs, check all of them in sequence

heres the sequence:

Actually your torque specs you have there are for the intake manifold. For the plenum the specs are
Tighten plenum pan mounting bolts as follows:
Step 1. Tighten bolts to 5.4 N·m (24 in. lbs.)
Step 2. Tighten bolts to 9.5 N·m (84 in. lbs.)
Step 3. Check all bolts are at 9.5 N·m (84 in. lbs.)
