Found a great tire size calculator to compare different sizes to one another. I was surprised to see the little difference(if any) going from a 275 to a 285 size. Give it a try.

Good finds, everyone!

We have our own Calculator here on DT in case you didnt know it was there.. Under the Tech section, it may not be as extensive as the ones listed here, but you can calculate many different things.

The ONLY calibrations you need to use is a old fashion tape measure or yard stick.
We want you to measure from the ground to the top of the tire within 1/4" increaments.
Why?
Tire wear, air pressure, altitude and weight of the vehicle are all factors that the calulator can NOT account for.
