Found that during the warmer months the throttle is slightly open at idle but now when cool it is completely shut...can cover the opening of the carb completely and it has enough air from other sources that idle is unaffected. Is this normal or is this a sign of a problem?

2001 Dodge Dakota 3.9L

Thanks,
Flickit
