hey guys i been thinking of swapping to 33x13.5x20 for the next set of tires on my 2wd i love my 35s most people look at my truck and are in disbelief when i say its a 2wd. but i didnt notice any power loss from them with regular driveing but when i hook up my boat 26ft 5500 pound party barge. i really feel it back there and i find the wind is the thing that i notice the most the boat sits up like a camper but i am also looking at getting a TT within the next year and a half so i been considering regearing or going down to a 33 if you guys got some pics of what it will look like. heres a couple with the boat hooked up. the only thing changed now is towing mirrors. oh and most of the time the boat has a very high towable cover on it

I would keep the 35's and re-gear. Your truck looks great on 35's.

I would also go with new gears and keeping 35s. If there is an issue with the trailer/boat riding too high at the truck, can you get a drop hitch?

its high thats just how it sits its on a 4inch drop in the pic and everything is level its just that tall of a boat its like having a tt back there pulls fine right now just hates a head wind thats why i am concerned if i get a 7k tt that it would be a bit much and need to regear the rear to a 4.56. i kinda didnt explain this the boat is only really felt with a head wind or a really tall climb regular driving it tows great. i was jusst making a comparison on how it sits like a camper.

yeah jump to 4.56s. you will pull that barge like it was a canoe

AND YES keep 35s they look awesome no need to go bigger... if you want a different look change the rims or tires...

:rck:Keep the 35s and do 4.56 gears its much cheaper for you cause of the 2wd. You also mite want to put rear helper bags if you already don't have them.
