well I put new seats in the D:

05 leather, pwr driver side, both heated

into my 04 st

getting the power to work was easy, just needed power and ground to the seat. However the heated seats is a different story. The signal runs from a momentary switch, to the instrument cluster, then to the heated seat module, then to the seats. The wiring harnes for each side is around 300$ the module is 45$ then the switches. So it looks like I will just be going to aftermarket seat heaters.

warning: if you unplug your passenger seat, you WILL need to go to the dealer to have it reset. They have a procedure where they put different weights on the seat to teach the sensors when and how fast to deploy the airbag.

no. i have the drivers seat heater currently hooked up just running 12volts to it through an on off switch. The high setting is supposed to be 10 volts. I have been toying with running a voltage regulator to drop it down. we will see. Havent had much motivation lately.
