Hey everyone... Happy Thanksgiving.

I have a 2004 dodge ram hemi. I have a flashpaq 3815. I have been more than satisfied with it for more than 2 years. However, tried to do data logging this morning and the turner shut off and I have a blacked out screen. I thought may be I coud update it but it wont do that either. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Batteries?? Sounds dumb but ive had it happen lol

yeah... when I update... blacked out screen.

Batteries I dont think mine came with batteries. I think it just runs off of what ever it is hooked up to. (diagnostic port, computer, etc)

When you plug the Flashpaq into the USB cable on your computer, nothing at all?

the screen is black.... you can tell it turned on but the screen is just black
