I just went and updated my SC Cortex today with the new program and added MileageXS, eventhough I won't use it. But the reason I updated it was to get the disable MDS tune and I have looked everywhere in my Cortex and I cannot find out what I do to disable it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's a dynamic feature. You'll have to re-tune the vehicle. It will show up in the options screen (rev limiter, shift points, etc.). You'll have to scroll down.
