I just ordered a Cortex for my 4.7 Durango, the main difference I saw was that the Cortex logs and stores your performance data(and the LX option as previously stated).

I googled and found the Cortex was available at many sites for roughly the same price the Flashpaq was going for on the SC site. HTH
