I tried updating it and then tried using a different tune on my truck and all I get is vehicle calibration is not on file plz visit Superchip online to update. I have and still get the same thing. I can't even put my truck back to stock. What to do now fellas.

I had an issue updating my tuner last weekend. I called superchips Monday morning and within an hour I had a call back with a fix waiting to be downloaded. The customer service in my opinion is top notch give them a call on Monday morning.
