Hello everyone, I?m having a starting issue with my 1976 Dodge D100. I had the truck running until recently when all of a sudden I?m not getting any spark until I turn the key off. I have replaced the ballast resistor, ICM, starter relay and coil. A separate issue was that when trying to strut the truck last weekend the starter locked up and I had to remove negative cable to shut it down. I?m thinking it?s the ignition switch, but I need a way to confirm before I dump any more money into it. Thanks in advance

Get a multi meter and check voltage!

You have two hot(12v+) wires coming from the ignition switch, One is hot when cranking(straight to the coil) and the other in the run position(goes threw the ballast resistor) You can also check the starter solenoid with the meter, They have been know to stick.
