My 2004 Dodge ram 1500 4x4 just started squeaking in the front end. Every time I turn the wheel or hit a bump. Its very annoying any ideas what it might be? Thanks E

Sway Bar links, when the dealer replace my rack and pinion they didnt have new sway bar links and it was really squeaky on bumps and sometimes when turning until the links came in.

or could be ball joints. Non greaseable, but I pinholed the boot on mine and wd40 in through the pin hole. Never squeaked again. It was not loose, so I could get away with this.

check hood bumpstops too...screw them upwards to put more force on hood..

Probaly just need to grease front end.(i.e ball joints mainle) if not loose use the needle injector attatchment for the graese gun. could also be worn out shocks.

I was having the same issue...a good shot of WD-40 to the swaybar end links, and the squeaking was gone!
